By using CongressFlow (congressflow.com), you agree to the following terms. CongressFlow is operated by Upper Division Marketing.

Service Description

CongressFlow is a free tool that aggregates and displays publicly available congressional stock trading disclosure data. We collect data from official U.S. government sources and present it in a searchable, filterable format.

Not Financial Advice

CongressFlow is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The information provided is for educational and informational purposes only. You should not make investment decisions based solely on congressional trading data.

Data Accuracy

All data is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the data is complete, current, or error-free. Specifically:

  • Estimated trade volumes are approximations based on disclosed amount ranges, not exact figures
  • Estimated net worth figures are derived from disclosed financial data and may not reflect actual wealth
  • Filing delay calculations are based on dates as reported in official disclosures
  • Stock price data and return calculations are based on publicly available market data and may contain delays or inaccuracies
  • Alpha (performance vs. SPY) calculations are estimates and should not be used as the sole basis for investment decisions

Acceptable Use

You may use CongressFlow for personal, non-commercial research purposes. You may not:

  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from the site using automated tools
  • Redistribute CongressFlow data in bulk or create a competing service using our data
  • Use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it

Limitation of Liability

CongressFlow, Upper Division Marketing, and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any information provided. This includes but is not limited to investment losses, trading decisions, or financial outcomes.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of CongressFlow after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
